Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the PubCrawl website and your booking of a crawl through our platform ("we", "us", "our"). By placing a booking you accept these terms in full.
1. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
2. Crawls & Pricing
- We list bar hops, cocktail crawls, craft beer crawls and other guided nights out run by independent guides and venues.
- Crawl descriptions, photos and included extras are provided in good faith by the guide; minor variations may occur on the night.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR); applicable GST is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you place a booking.
3. Bookings & Acceptance
- Your booking is a request for a spot. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept your booking.
- We may decline or cancel a booking — for example, if a crawl is full, mispriced, or the booking appears fraudulent — and will refund any amount already paid.
4. Payment
- We accept bank transfer and online payment via our gateway partners (Razorpay, Stripe, PayU), as available at checkout.
- Your spot is only guaranteed once payment is confirmed.
5. Age & ID Requirements
- Every crawl lists a minimum age (18 or 21, depending on the venues), and valid photo ID may be required at every bar.
- Guides and venues can refuse entry without a refund if ID cannot be produced or you do not meet the minimum age.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel a booking up to the notice period shown on your booking for a refund to the original payment method.
- Cancellations after that point, or no-shows, are non-refundable — the guide has already reserved your spot with the venues.
- Approved refunds are issued within [X] business days.
7. Conduct & Safety
- You agree to follow the guide's instructions on the night and drink responsibly.
- The guide may remove anyone from the group whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk, without a refund.
- It is your responsibility to arrange safe transport home at the end of the crawl.
8. Intellectual Listing
All content on this site — text, images, logos and crawl information — is owned by PubCrawl or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of independent bars and venues visited on a crawl.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including venue closures, extreme weather, or government actions.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [city, state — to be completed].
