- Identity & Contact Data — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and date of birth (to confirm you meet a crawl's minimum age).
- Booking Data — crawls booked, booking history, and messages exchanged with guides.
- Payment Data — processed securely by our payment-gateway partners (Razorpay, Stripe, PayU). We do not store full card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
- Account Data — login credentials (passwords are stored only as salted hashes) and your saved preferences.
- Usage Data — anonymised analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location) collected via cookies and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process and confirm your bookings, and send booking updates and reminders.
- Manage your account and provide customer support.
- Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, departure reminders, OTPs).
- Send offers, new crawl announcements, and platform news where you have opted in.
- Comply with applicable tax, consumer-protection, and age-verification laws.
3. Sharing Your Data
We share your data only with the partners necessary to deliver your booking:
- The guide running the crawl you booked, so they can manage the group on the night.
- Payment processors and accounting partners, to take payment and issue receipts.
- Service providers (email, SMS/WhatsApp, hosting, analytics) acting on our behalf.
We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
4. Data Retention
- Booking and billing records are retained for 7 years as required under applicable tax law.
- Account data is retained while your account is active; you may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
